Fabio Viviani Wine Collection | Behind The Scenes
Recently I traveled to the central coast of California to document the process and creation of chef Fabio Viviani's new wine line from start to finish. The wine line is appropriately named: "The Fabio Viviani Wine Collection". Fabio is a phenomenal chef and a great friend so it was a real honor to be a part of the experience.
